14mm Rivoli bracelet with embedding elements

28/12/2014
14mm Rivoli bracelet with embedding elements

The first step is setting the stones in the embedding elements

I Place the stone in the Center of the stone setting and

with the help of the setting tool I bend the prongs towards the stone in order

to embed it

The flower castings I embed by glueing the stones

I glue the stones using a pin in order to control the a mount

of glue and get a clean setting result

Once the glue is dry I can embed the castings in the bracelet base

Next, I set the Rivoli 14mm and castings in the bracelet base

I set the castings the same way I set the stones

I place the casting in the center of the bracelet setting

When you set the stone start with two prongs that are opposite to each other, it will help you stabilize the stone and to continue the setting process easily

Bend the prongs gently without using force, So you make sure the stone or the plating doesn't get damage

Next step is connecting the "T" clasp

I connect the "T" part of the clasp to one of the side loops of the bracelet base

with a 6mm jump ring

Last I connect the ring of the "T" clasp to the other side loop of the bracelet base
Enjoy your new beautiful bracelet! Cup Chain team
