**Why does it take 9-30 days for my order to be ready?**
All Cup Chain products are handmade in our factory in Israel. We ensure high-quality products by carefully checking each step of the production process, including after plating and packing. Although this process may take time, we strive to meet our target timelines.

 

**Which shipping companies do you work with and how long does delivery take?**
We primarily work with UPS, with delivery taking 2-3 business days after production. We may use other companies depending on the customer’s preference or country-specific requirements.

 

 

**Are there any taxes or fees on shipments?**
USA customers are exempt from customs fees – the order is released from customs by our local company.

For other countries Australia, Canada,EU and ext. taxes may also be applied depending on local laws.

 

 

**Can I return or replace a non-defective product?**
